What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Completion of studies in Mental Health, AOD, Community Services or related field (min Cert 4 or above), Qualifications in a social science (social work, occupational therapy, nursing or psychology), Current valid Driver's Licence, Evidence of the right to work in Australia, Evidence of, or willingness to obtain a National Police Records Check, Evidence of, or willingness to obtain a Working with Children Check - Employee, Evidence of, or willingness to obtain a NDIS Worker Screening Check, Evidence of, or willingness to obtain a NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate
Nice to Have
Experience in mental health, Experience in community services, Experience in disability
What You'll Do.
Support participants engaged in the service
trusting relationships
Empower participants towards recovery
Support participants to achieve identified goals
Facilitate group sessions
Support day-to-day operations of the PARC service environment
Provide active support until midnight
Provide active morning support and handover
Provide short-term residential support
