Full Job Description

The Early Intervention Psychosocial Support Response (EIPSR) program is a joint partnership between Eastern Health and Each providing both clinical and psychosocial supports to Mental Health Consumers incorporating a holistic strength-based approach enabling Consumers to identify their individual recovery needs. * Full-time opportunity until June 2027 (possibility to extend) * Based in Box Hill on the land of the Wurundjeri Woi-wurrung people - Outreach position * $44 - $48.99ph (depending on experience) + 11% Super + Generous [Salary Packaging](https://hr.each.com.au/EACHSalPack.pdf) benefits of up to $18,550 + Option to have an ADO As a Support Worker, you will be managing a caseload of clients whom you will assist resolve and/or reduce barriers to stable self-care with low intensity community supports or access higher intensity/duration supports to achieve therapeutic outcomes. Responsibilities of the role: * Provide psychosocial support to clients (16-65 years) to achieve recovery goals. * Empower clients to manage their mental health, make informed decisions, and build confidence. * Enhance coping skills, reduce self-harm, and support daily living activities. * Strengthen social skills and networks, including family and community connections. * Support clients in accessing education, vocational training, and employment. * Encourage a healthy lifestyle and reduce harmful behaviors. Note: This role is not within the NDIS. Who we are looking for We are looking for a flexible thinker with not only extensive experience, but also demonstrated skills and knowledge in Mental Health and the Social Model of Health to join our multidisciplinary Mental Health team.
