What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Degree in Information Technology, Business, or related discipline, or equivalent experience, PRINCE2 Foundation/Practitioner, PMP, or equivalent project management certification
Nice to Have
Agile certification (Scrum, AgilePM, SAFe), ITIL Foundation certification, Change management exposure or certification, Knowledge and adoption of AI driven recovery process and procedures
What You'll Do.
Support recovery activities for challenged IT programmes and
Conduct project health checks using EWI framework
Assist with development and utilisation of AI-assisted analysis
Develop and implement recovery plans
Monitor recovery activities and track progress
Help re-establish delivery discipline
and reporting mechanisms
Support establishment and use of company-wide SME pool
Coordinate project recovery workstreams across business
Support prioritisation and decision-making across stakeholders
Ensure delivery plans are realistic and aligned with
Support management of complex dependencies across workstreams and
Apply EWI framework to assess delivery health
Establish and maintain recovery governance
Ensure recovery plans are governed through clear entry
Support steering committees and governance forums with reporting
Support compliance with Strategic Deal delivery standards
Capture governance and control lessons from recovery engagements
Build effective working relationships with project sponsors
Communicate recovery progress
Support stakeholder alignment and facilitate resolution of delivery
Escalate material risks
