What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Degree in Information Technology, Business, or related discipline, or equivalent experience, PRINCE2 Foundation/Practitioner, PMP, or equivalent project management certification
Nice to Have
Agile certification, ITIL Foundation certification, Change management exposure or certification, Knowledge and adoption of AI driven recovery process and procedures
What You'll Do.
Support recovery activities for challenged IT programmes and
Conduct project health checks using EWI framework
Identify root causes of failure or underperformance
Assist with AI-assisted analysis techniques
Identify delivery patterns
Develop and implement recovery plans
Monitor recovery activities and track progress
Re-establish delivery discipline
and reporting mechanisms
Support SME pool establishment and use
Coordinate project recovery workstreams
Support prioritisation and decision-making
Ensure delivery plans are realistic and aligned
Support management of complex dependencies
Apply EWI framework to assess delivery health
Identify control weaknesses and support intervention
Establish and maintain recovery governance
Ensure recovery plans are governed
Support steering committees with reporting and analysis
Support compliance with delivery standards and regulatory requirements
Capture governance and control lessons
Build effective working relationships with stakeholders
Communicate recovery progress
Support stakeholder alignment and facilitate resolution
Escalate material risks
Identify financial risks and recovery trade-offs
Support budget tracking and cost control
Support financial recovery activity
Support supplier performance management and remediation
Contribute to resource planning and delivery forecasting
