Bachelor's Degree in any discipline, analytical and problem-solving skills, keen attention to detail, Process-oriented mindset, ability to follow and enforce operational procedures, Comfortable working in a warehouse and operations-driven environment, Ability to quickly understand operational processes, workflows, and systems, Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia, interpersonal skills, High level of integrity, accountability, and ownership of assigned responsibilities, Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, and Google Workspace tools, Adaptable and quick learner, thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Prior experience in logistics, courier, warehouse operations, claims management, or dispute resolution
What You'll Do.
Investigate and resolve problematic parcel and delivery issues
and process claims submissions
Conduct root cause analysis on parcel disputes
Coordinate with internal stakeholders for resolution
Ensure inquiries are addressed accurately and timely
Maintain accurate records and data integrity
Prepare and analyze weekly reports
Ensure adherence to Recovery SOPs
Communicate investigation findings and updates
Support process improvement initiatives
