Must Have
background in financial accounting, including balance sheet management, statutory reporting, and accounting controls, Proven experience leading Record to Report processes across period-end close, forecasting, and financial reporting activities, Solid knowledge of audit, tax, and regulatory reporting requirements within a controlled finance environment, Hands-on experience with enterprise financial systems, including SAP and financial reporting or reconciliation tools, Demonstrated people leadership capability, with experience developing, coaching, and managing finance teams, analytical skills with the ability to deliver accurate, high-quality financial insights to senior stakeholders

acting as BlackLine super user and enforcing control quality and risk classification

partnering with auditors and internal governance stakeholders
Oversee financial systems and reporting tools
driving automation and data integrity
Deliver high-quality accounting analysis and reporting to support leadership
and business decision-making
