We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical individual to join our Reconciliation & Reporting Integrity team. In this role, you will be responsible for upholding the completeness and integrity of Citi’s reconciliation and reporting environments. **Team / Role overview:** The successful candidate will play a crucial part in implementing and executing control processes, investigating and resolving exceptions, and ensuring the accuracy of our financial data. They will be a key support to management and support the overall development of the team and the control processes. **What you 'll do:** * Detect, investigate, and analyze discrepancies between reconciliation platforms, reporting systems, and the general ledger to identify root causes and drive remediation. Ensure timely escalation of unresolved issues in accordance with established procedures and policies * Evaluate complex reconciliation and reporting challenges, requiring in-depth analysis of business processes and industry standards * Collaborate with other teams to achieve the objectives of the sub-function and contribute to the overall success of the department * Liaise with Business partners to understand key risks and resolution plans where applicable.
