Experience with Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIF, etc. ), Knowledge of General Ledger reconciliation processing and Attestation Policy, Familiar with RBC applications and products

What You'll Do.

Perform in-depth investigations

Responsible for the effective resolution of issues impacting clients

operational risk and RBC’s financial results

Reconciliation day to day activities include a mix of investigations

support and reporting that requires the use of various different systems and human interactions

Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness to the quality of service we provide

Proactively identify issues and challenges to remove obstacles to success

Prioritize activities and reports and adjust as needed so that important team objectives and client deadlines are met

Act as a coach and provide guidance to resolve issues

Update all documented procedures to enhance our ability to provide outstanding service
