What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum 2 years of experience in reconciliation, financial analysis, or a related accounting function, preferably within the fintech, financial services, or payments industry., Intermediate knowledge MS Excel (ability to perform functions such as Vlookup, Xlookup, etc)., Demonstrated ability to identify, investigate, and resolve reconciliation discrepancies., Knowledge of payment processing, FX transactions, and emerging markets is required.
Nice to Have
Experience with process improvement and automation is a plus.

Managing the end-to-end reconciliation process for multiple banking partners.

Ensuring the precise reconciliation of all client deposits
and inter-product fund transfers.
Performing daily investigations into reconciliation breaks across assigned accounts.
Actively supporting the team in resolving and preventing future discrepancies.
Playing a key role in strategic projects focused on enhancing automation and long-term process effectiveness to support the organization’s growth.
Contribute to the execution and improvement of our existing reconciliation processes.
Support the reconciliation framework
ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all stages.
Investigate discrepancies and breaks in reconciliations
assisting in taking corrective actions to resolve and prevent future issues.
Contribute to the implementation of process improvements to enhance automation and operational efficiency.
Running the daily reconciliation process
including data gathering
and matching of transactions.
Identifying and investigating discrepancies
and variances in financial transactions.
Assisting in developing and implementing solutions to resolve reconciliation issues and prevent recurrence.
Contributing to the enhancement of the efficiency of the reconciliation process through automation and system improvements.
Collaborating with internal teams and external banking partners to ensure seamless and accurate financial reporting.

ROLE OVERVIEW: We are seeking a dedicated Reconciliation Analyst to drive the efficiency and accuracy of our financial operations by managing the end-to-end reconciliation process for multiple banking partners. In this vital role, you will be responsible for gathering data, analyzing and matching transactions, and ensuring the precise reconciliation of all client deposits, withdrawals, conversions, and inter-product fund transfers.
