In your day-to-day, you will: • Help maintain workplace security by issuing, checking, and collecting badges as necessary and maintaining visitor logs • Assist colleagues with a range of administrative tasks • Perform ad-hoc administrative duties • Answer, forward, and screen phone calls • Provide excellent customer service This is a part-time student position, requiring 5 days a week, 4 hours a day (15:00–19:00 or 08:00–12:00). Flexibility with timings is required. ## Qualifications • A student with at least 1 year of studies remaining • Fluent English (written and spoken) • Proven work experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role • Resourceful and proactive when issues arise • Fantastic multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks • A customer service attitude with positivity, empathy, effective communication, and proactivity About the Team We are Wix's Site Operations Guild.
