We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented Part-time Receptionist to support the daily operations of our Budapest office and help create a welcoming, well-organized, and high-performing workplace environment. As one of the first points of contact in the office, you will play an important role in shaping both first impressions and the everyday employee experience. You will work closely with the Senior Office Associate and Head of Office Operations, and gain hands-on exposure to office operations, workplace experience, and onboarding support in a fast-paced tech environment. This is a part-time, office-based role. The schedule is 25 hours per week — Monday to Friday, 5 hours per day. WHAT YOU’LL DO: - Welcome guests, candidates, and partners; manage visitor access, badges, guest WiFi, and incoming calls from the building front desk - Coordinate meeting rooms, onboarding desk setups, and support interview day logistics - Maintain shared office spaces, kitchens, and meeting rooms; support inventory tracking and office upkeep - Coordinate with service providers (maintenance, couriers, catering, etc.) - Support office events, team breakfasts, lunches, and company gatherings - Help prepare onboarding days, welcome swag packs, and help create a smooth new joiner experience - Check mail, forward invoices and receipts to rel
