You will be an important part of the daily operations, ensuring that both clients and colleagues experience a well-organized and welcoming environment. ## What You’ll Do * Welcome guests and visitors with a warm, professional approach, ensuring a consistently high front-of-house experience. * Serve as the primary point of contact for guests and residents, responding to enquiries and resolving requests efficiently. * Manage guest check-in processes, including registration, badge issuance, and communication of safety procedures. * Maintain a well-presented, organised, and inviting reception area at all times. * Ensure full front desk coverage during business hours, Monday to Friday. * Coordinate administrative activities such as meeting room bookings, taxi arrangements, and event inductions. * Liaise with couriers and external service providers to ensure smooth deliveries and services. * Support the Facilities team with general administrative tasks and collaborate closely with colleagues to ensure seamless handovers and a strong “One Team” culture. ## ## ## What We’re Looking For * Fluency in both spoken and written Czech and English. * A s
