Job Description: ## **_Receptionist (Bank Hours)_** ## ## The Arkley Care Home ## 140 Barnet Road, Arkley, Barnet EN5 3LJ ## Bank Hours Required ## £13.10 - £14.10 per hour depending on experience ## ## **We make health happen** ## Here at Bupa we support those when they need it the most. Our care homes are dedicated to delivering person-centred care, supporting independence and honouring choice to help our residents live their best lives. ## ## **You’ll help us make health happen by:** * ## Acting as the first point of contact for all visitors to the home * ## Taking responsibility for managing new enquiries * ## Providing advice and support both face to face and over the phone * ## Conducting show-arounds within the care home * ## Supporting the Home Manager and Administrator with clerical duties such as maintaining paper work and filing * ## Dealing with enquiries in a timely manner and ensuring daily and weekly tasks are completed ## ## **Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:** ## You’ve worked as a Receptionist before with experience in providing excellent customer service, you'll have a friendly manner both face to face and over the phone. You’re approachable and organised and have the ability to build strong relationships with our residents, their families and internal teams.
