What You’ll Do: Master of First Impressions: Greet all visitors with warmth, manage the digital guest log, and ensure security protocols (NDAs) are followed seamlessly. Communication Hub: Expertly route global calls and handle sensitive inquiries with absolute discretion and a "business-first" attitude. Access Control: Act as the gatekeeper for facility security, issuing badges and managing access cards with meticulous detail. Operational Ninja: You’re a team player who isn't afraid to jump in where needed.
