Your responsibilities will include welcoming visitors, managing appointments, handling enquiries, and supporting various administrative tasks. You will work closely with the rest of the Rightangled team to deliver a professional and friendly service that reflects our commitment to patient care. **Key Responsibilities** \- Front Desk Management: Greet and welcome all visitors and patients with warmth and professionalism. Ensure the reception area is tidy and presents a welcoming atmosphere. \- Telephone and Email Enquiries: Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages, directing enquiries to the appropriate department or team member and providing information where appropriate. \- Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and preparing documents.
