As we continue to expand, we are looking for a welcoming and organised Receptionist to join our team and be the first point of contact for our patients, clients, and visitors. **Role Overview** As the Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive first impression and ensuring the smooth running of the front desk. Your responsibilities will include welcoming visitors, managing appointments, handling enquiries, and supporting various administrative tasks. You will work closely with the rest of the Rightangled team to deliver a professional and friendly service that reflects our commitment to patient care. **Key Responsibilities** \- Front Desk Management: Greet and welcome all visitors and patients with warmth and professionalism. Ensure the reception area is tidy and presents a welcoming atmosphere. \- Telephone and Email Enquiries: Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages, directing enquiries to the appropriate department or team member and providing information where appropriate. \- Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and preparing documents.
