What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Previous experience in a receptionist or front desk role, Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word & Excel)
Nice to Have
Ideally within a healthcare or customer service setting
What You'll Do.
Greeting and welcoming visitors and patients
Ensuring the reception area is tidy
Handling incoming calls
Directing enquiries to the appropriate department or team member
Providing information
Assisting with administrative tasks such as filing
and preparing documents
Supporting other departments with ad hoc tasks
Sorting and distributing incoming mail
Handling outgoing correspondence
