What You'll Do.

Own the front desk experience — greeting all visitors and ensuring they feel welcomed

and directed to the right person or area

Manage the external guest log daily

Coordinate guest access with on-site security for VIPs

and candidates — ensuring IDs are checked and access procedures are followed

Monitor Signal/Slack channels for front-desk inquiries and relay timely messages to internal stakeholders

and liaising with catering and facilities as needed

and keep the reception and lobby area tidy and organized

Provide light administrative support across teams when the front desk is covered
