We are looking for a friendly and efficient Receptionist for our Salon to provide excellent customer service and ensure smooth front desk operations. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for clients, managing appointments, inquiries, and supporting the overall salon experience. ### Key Responsibilities * Greet and welcome clients warmly upon arrival. * Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations via phone, email, and in-person. * Answer client inquiries regarding services, pricing, and promotions. * Maintain a clean and organized reception area. * Handle cash, card payments, and maintain accurate transaction records. * Assist with inventory management and order supplies as needed. * Support marketing activities and client retention initiatives. **Requirements** * Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role, preferably in a salon or hospitality environment. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. * Professional appearance and a friendly, approachable demeanor. * Basic computer skills and familiarity with appointment management software. * Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus. **Benefits** * Competitive salary and commission structure. * Ongoing training and development. * Modern and well-equipped work environment.
