Escalate calls to Facilities Manager
Provide assistance in general administrative activities
Perform other duties as assigned
Coordinate and assist with local office events
Contribute information for Monthly Report
Utilize systems to manage contractors
Report on contractor performance
Ensure compliance of regulations / requirements

Reporting to the Assistant Receptionist Supervisor, you are the first point of contact for all incoming calls from clients, employees and the general public.
