Whether you’ve got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology, or you’re looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward. ## Key Responsibilities ### Front Desk Operations * Greet residents, visitors, contractors, and guests in a professional and friendly manner. * Manage the reception area and ensure it remains tidy and presentable at all times. * Answer incoming telephone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate personnel. * Provide accurate information regarding building facilities, services, and procedures. ### Resident Services * Assist residents with general inquiries, requests, and complaints, and coordinate with relevant departments for resolution. * Receive and record service requests and follow up as necessary. * Support communication between residents and the management office. ### Visitor & Contractor Management * Register and monitor visitor access in accordance with building security procedures. * Coordinate with security personnel regarding visitor and contractor entry. * Maintain visitor logs and records as required. ### Administrative Support * Receive, record, and distribute incoming mail, parcels, and documents. * Maintain records, filing systems, and administrative documentation. * Assist in preparing notices, announcements, and communications to residents. * Support the management office with general administrative duties. ### Customer Service * Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain positive relationships with residents and stakeholders. * Handle resident concerns professionally and escalate
