# **Become a part of our caring community** The Receptionist manages front desk operations and provides administrative support within a physician practice or center. You will ensure a welcoming experience for all patients and visitors and supports the medical team with routine administrative tasks under close guidance and established guidelines. You will report to the Center Administrator. **Job Responsibilities:** * Greet patients and visitors in person and by phone * Manage patient appointments and coordinate with medical staff * Update patient records in EMR and CRM systems * Process billing, update accounts, and collect copayments * Answer calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information * Maintain a clean and organized reception area * Support office tasks such as ordering supplies and arranging couriers * Make decisions within established guidelines Decisions are limited to defined parameters around work expectations, quality standards, priorities and timing, and works under close supervision and/or within established policies/practices and guidelines with minimal opportunity for deviation. # **Use your skills to make an impact** **Required Qualifications:** * 1+ year healthcare front office experience * Excellent customer service and phone skills * Effective multitasking in fast-paced settings * Detail-oriented and organized * Proficient in Microsoft Office **Preferred Qualifications:** * 1+ years value-based care experience * Medical terminology knowledge * EMR systems experience * Bilingual: English & Spanish **Work Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00 to 5:00** **Location: Onsite at Middleburg, FL** **Additional Information:** This role is considered patient-facing and is part of the company's Tuberculosis (TB) screening program.
