Job Description: **Receptionist** Crossley House Care Home 885 Thornton Road, Fairweather Green, Bradford BD8 0HH CQC rating: Good Carehome.co.uk rating: 9 .9/ 10 Salary: £12.75 - £13.75 per hour depending on experience Permanent part time position We are offering two part-time positions to cover our reception service across Thursday to Sunday (9am–5pm). The roles are designed to provide a fair balance of weekday and weekend shifts, with a rotating pattern shared between team members. However, we would also welcome applications from candidates who would prefer to work the full schedule, including every weekend. **We make health happen** Here at Bupa we support those when they need it the most. Our care homes are dedicated to delivering person-centred care, supporting independence and honouring choice to help our residents live their best lives. **You’ll help us make health happen by:** * Acting as the first point of contact for all visitors to the home * Taking responsibility for managing new enquiries * Providing advice and support both face to face and over the phone * Conducting show-arounds within the care home * Supporting the Home Manager and Administrator with clerical duties such as maintaining paper work and filing * Dealing with enquiries in a timely manner and ensuring daily and weekly tasks are completed * **Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:** You’ve worked as a Receptionist before with experience in providing excellent customer service, you'll have a friendly manner both face to face and over the phone. You’re approachable and organised and have the ability to build strong relationships with our residents, their families and internal teams.
