Managing transportation for employees and visitors

Managing travel needs as car rental

and invoices in coordination with Agency

Participating in the documentation for international mobility

Organizing and collaborating with the social club for office activities

Managing the office supplies including kitchen needs

Performing a wide range of administrative functions
