At our Guadalajara, Mexico office and reporting to the AP supervisor, the Senior Accounts Payable Technician will perform accounts payable for purchases of material with purchase orders and receptions; for service invoices; for expense reports; and for corporate credit cards purchases for legal entities in Mexico, Canada, and the United States. The Receptionist / Administrative challenge in a few words: The receptionist is responsible for responding to customers in person, on the phone, and providing general information. In addition, she is expected to perform various administrative and support functions.
