Resolves inquiries or issues in a timely and efficient manner. Provides assistance or directs to the appropriate office or person. Exercises discretion and interpretive judgment in frequent, and often stressful, contacts with public. Manages visitor sign-in procedures and issues badges as necessary. * Answers, screens, and forwards incoming phone calls.
