What You'll Achieve.
Prepare customer shipments for the next day while respecting stock FIFO; Ensure quantitative and qualitative control of products and loading; Ensure the necessary controls on handling equipment for their safe use; Ensure quality standards are respected
Industry & Context.
2nd Shift, 2PM - 10:30PM Monday - Friday, with weekends if necessary
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
High school diploma / GED required, Experience using Google or Microsoft applications on the job required, 3+ years of experience with Shipping and/or Receiving
Nice to Have
SAP or ERP experience preferred
What You'll Do.
Prepare customer shipments
Ensure quantitative and qualitative control
Establish and edit shipping documents
Send Advanced Shipping Notice
Daily communication with Customers
Unload and decontaminate customer bins
Record stock movements
Carry out end-of-chain audits
Administrative management
Ensure unloading and control/reception of raw materials
Ensure arrangement/storage/provision of incoming products
Administrative reception
Ensure controls on handling equipment
Carry out safety checks on handling equipment
Respect and enforce environmental standards
Comply with policies and procedures
Participate in continuous improvement
Respect product rules
Support and train others
Ensure quality standards are respected
Open a QRQC in the event of a problem
