Export Control Requirement: Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum. Key job responsibilities CMM Programming & Operation: • Develop, revise, and optimize offline and online CMM programs using PC-DMIS software • Program, set up, and operate coordinate measuring machines for complex aerospace components • Produce CMM set-up and operational instructions for specific parts or machines • Store all CMM data securely and maintain regular backups; maintain configuration control on files and job records • Edit and improve legacy inspection programs; mentor entry-level CMM personnel Receiving Inspection: • Inspect incoming material, work-in-process, and final product for conformance to quality standards • Verify supplier-provided hardware against purchase orders, engineering drawings, and specifications • Prepare and coordinate Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) for nonconforming parts • Provide quality leadership, audit, inspection, problem identification/resolution, training, and technical expertise to manufacturing groups and suppliers • Review inspection records received for compliance First Article Inspection (FAI) – Per AS9102: • Perform and document First Article Inspections per AS9102 standard • Verify all design characteristics, ma
