We seek employees who will take pride in their work and love to take ownership to solve problems and find unique solutions. ** _POSITION LOCATION_** Coopersville, Michigan ** _SCHEDULE_** Night Shift 6:00 pm - 6:30 am (2-2-3 schedule) *Must be willing to work weekends and holidays that fall into schedule. **_PAY_** $25.00/hour $1.25/hour (night shift premium) **_SUMMARY OF FUNCTIONS_** Receive incoming milk, and other products as needed. Maintain a clean and sanitary work area. Perform raw product load out as needed and any other duties assigned by management. **_ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES_** * Receive all incoming products that meet legal and company standards. * CIP of Tankers, Silos, and line circuits. * Take proper samples of incoming products for bacteria, butterfat, SNF, and inhibitory substances. * Perform appropriate testing for drug residues (according to the PMO, current edition), temperature checks, titratable acidity, and other testing required by company or regulatory. * Take proper samples to monitor CIP system for chemical strengths. * Monitor testing equipment. Replace supplies as needed. * Maintain a clean and safe work area. The milk receiving and silo room must remain USDA inspection
