What You'll Do.
Receive incoming milk and other products
Maintain a clean and sanitary work area
Perform raw product load out
Receive all incoming products
Take proper samples of incoming products
Perform appropriate testing for drug residues
Take proper samples to monitor CIP system
Monitor testing equipment
Replace supplies as needed
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Complete assigned housekeeping responsibilities
Ensure load out of raw products is within specification
Service pumps and valves
Perform preventative maintenance
Perform load out in an efficient and sanitary manner
Aid in training new personnel
Support company culture of continuous improvement
Participate in efficiency and improvement efforts
Perform other duties as assigned
