Must Have
High school diploma or equivalent, Ability to read basic technical instructions, drawings, or work instructions, Attention to detail and ability to follow standard procedures, Basic computer skills (data entry, navigating systems, scanning documents), Ability to work in a team environment and follow direction, Ability to lift/move materials up to 20 pounds, Must be at least 18 years of age by the time of joining, J-Std certification within 30 days
Nice to Have
1–3 years of experience in manufacturing, warehouse, receiving, or quality inspection, Exposure to quality systems, ERP systems, or inventory tools, Basic knowledge of electronics, mechanical parts, or assembly work, Prior experience in a fast-paced or regulated environment, Soldering experience or interest in learning
What You'll Do.
Perform incoming inspections on electrical and mechanical components
Verify basic quality documentation
Document inspection results in quality systems
Maintain material traceability by scanning documents
Safely handle and move materials up to 20 lbs
Communicate inspection issues to supervisor
Support discrepancy resolution processes
Assist with inventory checks
