Unload UPS deliveries
inspect boxes and contents for damage
Verify quantities of received parts
Maintain Tool Crib and Office Supply stockrooms
stocking and issuing items
Input all requisitions from the Tool Crib and
Maintain accurate inventory counts
follow up on out-of-stock items
Resolve discrepancies between purchase orders
Input all receipts for UPS
Scan all expense items into the computer system
Verify that MSDS documentation is available for all
Assist with unloading trucks
Provide support in stockrooms

Otherwise, demonstrated ability to understand and apply all verbal, written and computer work instructions or training in English, and demonstrated ability to perform simple addition, subtraction, multiplication and division. * Quality conscious, mechanical aptitude, and good dexterity Strong basic math and computer skills Ability to maintain consistent mental focus and visual attention Capable of lifting 5–25 lbs regularly, with occasional lifting of 60+ lbs (with assistance) Willing to cross-train across multiple operations Availability for overtime, including some Saturdays and occasional holidays Valid driver’s license required Forklift certification required or willingness to obtain As a Receiving Clerk, you will: * Unload UPS deliveries and inspect boxes and contents for damage * Verify quantities of received parts through hand counts or weight counts * Maintain Tool Crib and Office Supply stockrooms, including stocking and issuing items * Input all requisitions from the Tool Crib and Office Supply stockrooms * Maintain accurate inventory counts and follow up on out-of-stock items * Resolve discrepancies between purchase orders, packing slips, and received quantities * Input all receipts for UPS, FedEx, DHL, supplier trucks, and common carriers * Scan all expense items into the computer system * Verify that MSDS documentation is available for all sample chemicals * Assist with unloading trucks and
