What You'll Do.
managing all aspects of incoming shipments
ensuring accurate documentation
maintaining efficient inventory control
Receive and unload incoming deliveries
verifying quantity and quality against purchase orders
Process and document all incoming shipments using computerized inventory systems
Inspect received materials for damage or discrepancies and report any issues
Compare invoices and delivery documents to purchase orders for accuracy
Transport and store materials in appropriate locations following warehouse organization protocols
Maintain FIFO (First In
First Out) inventory management system
Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently
Assist in periodic inventory counts and reconciliation
Coordinate with vendors and internal departments regarding deliveries and discrepancies
and safe receiving area
Process and track non-PO packages and freight
Complete all required documentation and maintain accurate records
Support warehouse team members with stock organization and rotation as needed
