5 - 7 years professional experience in Business process management, Finance & accounting or equivalent function, Strong E2E business process area understanding, Deep process knowledge, Technical expertise for his/her dedicated area, Strong technical competencies in IFRS Accounting, SAP FI/CO, ICFR, Procurement, Transparency Laws and Regulations, Proven methodological skills e.g. BPM, Six Sigma (DMAIC), Agile ways of working (Scrum), Continuous improvement (Lean, PDCA, Kaizen), Agile mindset, Strong analytical thinking, Problem solving, Proven customer-centric mindset, High attention to quality, Highly comfortable with handling ambiguity, Taking decisions, Experience in working in multicultural teams, Organizational and project management skills, Matrix structures, Balancing interests of senior stakeholders, Strong influencing skills, Ability to work in complex global networks, International teams, Extensive change management skills, Conflict management skills, Business fluency in English
