Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese and English, Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Strong multitasking ability and attention to detail, Customer service orientation with friendly and professional demeanor, Basic accounting skills, Proficiency in scheduling and calendar management, Experience operating telephone systems, 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or receptionist role, High school diploma or equivalent, Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information, Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize effectively
Nice to Have
Associate's degree in business administration or related field
