Must Have
2 years’ experience managing and recording real property, Ability to obtain and maintain facility credentials/authorization, US Citizenship is required for facility credentials/authorization

Real Property experience for DoD installations, Ability to read, write and communicate in English, Ability to follow spoken instructions, Ability to interact professionally with all levels of employees, managers and customers, Knowledge of various computer programs required (i. e. Evaluate and recommend programs for real property facilities
Coordinate and oversee operations
Manage accounting and management of real property records
Ensure real property data is validated and current
Account for space utilization for base wide facilities
Conduct space utilization studies
Coordinate with users on space requests
Apply principles of master planning and site planning
