Full Job Description

The **Real Property** **Specialist** evaluates and recommends programs and development plans for new construction, renovation, and improvements of real property facilities, including utility systems. Will also coordinate and oversees the day-to-day operations, maintenance, personnel, and services at assigned location ensuring quality to the customer. **Principal Accountabilities** * Contractor will attend meetings as required. * Will be responsible for the accounting and management of the installations real property records. * Shall ensure real property data is validated and kept current and new real property is properly accounted for in Government tracking systems. * Accounts for space utilization for base wide facilities. * Conducts space utilization studies and provides recommendations on how to more effectively utilize real property space on the installation. * Coordinates with users on space requests and validates requirements for space. * Collaborate with various base agencies to apply principles of master planning and site planning of a wide variety of facilities. * Perform all other position-related duties as assigned or requested. Minimum Qualifications: * Contractor’s personnel shall have at minimum 2 years’ experience managing and recording real property. Real Property experience for DoD installations is preferred but not required. * Must be able to obtain and maintain facility credentials/authorization. Note: US Citizenship is required for facility credentials/authorization at this work location. Preferred Qualifications: * Ability to read, write and communicate in English * Ability to follow spoken instructions * Ability to interact professionally with all levels of employees, managers and customers. * Knowledge of various computer programs required (i.e. Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook). * Exercise good judgment, ability to multitask and work under time constraints. * Ability to work independently with good decision-making skills. * Extensive workin
