### **🏡 Real Estate Transaction Specialist (Transaction Coordination & Closings) – Remote** **Full-Time | Remote | U.S. Business Hours** ### **🚀 About the Role** We’re hiring a highly organized and detail-oriented **Real Estate Transaction Specialist** to manage the full transaction lifecycle for single-family real estate acquisitions and dispositions. This is not a basic administrative role. You’ll play a critical role in: ✅ transaction coordination ✅ contract management ✅ title & closing coordination ✅ stakeholder communication ✅ deadline enforcement ✅ CRM and transaction tracking You’ll serve as the operational backbone between: * sellers * buyers * title companies * agents * internal teams to ensure transactions move from contract execution through closing accurately, efficiently, and without delays.
