Job Title: Real Estate Sales Closer (US & Canadian Markets) Location: Remote Schedule: EST Hours (Core Hours: 1:00 PM – 7:30 PM EST, with additional flexible hours) Compensation: $2,000 - $3,000/monthly + Commission (DOE) ABOUT THE COMPANY We are a startup helping Canadians become real estate investors through online events, bootcamps, and high-ticket coaching, offering community support and weekly calls. Their clients value the company's proactive communication, trustworthiness, and professionalism. They pride themselves on delivering a high-touch, impactful experience for clients. We are now looking for an experienced Real Estate Sales Closer who can take highly qualified leads through the final stages of the sales process, negotiate favorable terms, and consistently convert opportunities into signed agreements. ABOUT THE ROLE This is a high-impact closing role focused on converting warm and pre-qualified seller leads into signed contracts. You will work closely with a team of lead generation specialists who will provide a steady pipeline of motivated sellers. Your primary responsibility will be building rapport, uncovering seller motivations, negotiating discounts, overcoming objections, presenting offers, and successfully closing deals. The ideal candidate has proven experience closing real estate acquisition deals within the US and/or Canadian markets and thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
