Must Have

Proven experience closing real estate acquisition or investment deals in US/Canadian markets, Track record of negotiating discounted property purchases, Experience working with motivated seller leads, Demonstrated ability to consistently close deals and exceed sales targets, Exceptional communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills, Ability to build rapport quickly over phone, Comfortable managing high volume inbound opportunities, Organizational and follow-up skills, Experience using CRM platforms, Experience using GoHighLevel (GHL)

Experience with wholesaling, Experience with off-market acquisitions, Experience with investor-focused real estate transactions, Experience working remotely with US-based real estate teams, Familiarity with acquisition KPIs, Familiarity with conversion metrics, Experience negotiating contracts, Experience negotiating purchase agreements

Manage and nurture pipeline of pre-qualified seller leads
