Requirements: Native-level proficiency in Telugu with strong professional working proficiency in English. 5+ years of experience in real estate, property management, leasing, hospitality services, or community operations. Background in roles such as property management, real estate brokerage, leasing operations, tenant relations, concierge services, or facilities coordination. Strong understanding of leasing cycles, property operations, customer service workflows, and Indian real estate market practices. Ability to translate real-world operational experience into structured, evaluation-ready content. Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to assess service quality objectively.
