Must Have
College Degree with Major in Real Estate, Finance, or similar degree with relevant experience, Up to 2 years’ experience in commercial real estate, Excellent (verbal and written) Communication skills, Superior analytical/problem solving/decision making skills, Team Player, Microsoft Office with emphasis in Excel, Word, and Power Point
Nice to Have
Knowledge of CRE analytical and market research tools a plus (CoStar, REIS, Argus etc. )
What You'll Do.
Provide asset management and analytical support related to the high yield and distressed commercial mortgage loan portfolio
Monitor and communicate property operating performance
Track key performance indicators
Perform market research and analysis
Negotiate strategic concerns at the property
Perform financial analysis of existing high yielding commercial mortgage loan portfolio on quarterly/annual basis
Monitor property performance and manage loan strategy
Assist with underwriting and analysis of portfolio and provide actionable recommendations
Monitor quarterly financials to identify strengths
Assist with borrower negotiations
and REO equity strategies
Review and approval of borrowers’ annual property operating budgets
