We are looking for a bold, strategic, and technically exceptional Real Estate Operations Specialist: **About the Job** * Facilitate collection of key lease and deal information (e.g., term, rent components, TI/allowances, critical dates) and coordinate inputs needed to complete executive summaries for committee review. * Partner with Finance, Controlling and business teams to support recurring portfolio rhythms (e.g., annual fleet review and mid-year updates) by coordinating inputs, consolidating materials, and tracking deliverables. * Ensure process adherence in a matrix environment by monitoring deadlines, documenting decisions, and reinforcing standard work across multiple owners. * Implement Ethics & Compliance new processes to assure our portfolio is on track and under due diligence. * Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying gaps in workflows, proposing updates to procedures, and helping implement tools that streamline submission, tracking, and reporting. * Request and Follow up on internal documentation requirements for Legal, Finance & SP&C per project. * Maintain and update current systems to control our portfolio : Lucernex, SNOW, Project Trackers, Dashboards, Looker for Retail Mexico portfolio (100 Doors) * Leases Compliance: Create and manage tickets for lease administration (Levelpath/SNOW). Assure Site Set Up & Global / Local Updates according Leases renewals and AFP. * Collect Levi's-required documents for contracts * Scan contracts and convert them to OCR * Follow up on contract signatures * Track and document key money, security deposits, bank letters and surety bonds. * Communicate changes, openings, closures, an
