Must Have
2+ years of experience in property management, 2+ years of experience in leasing coordination, 2+ years of experience in real estate operations, 2+ years of experience in property administration, Hands-on experience with Yardi, Hands-on experience with AppFolio, Hands-on experience with Buildium, Hands-on experience with similar property management systems, Microsoft Office skills, Google Workspace skills, Familiarity with lease documentation, Familiarity with rent collection workflows, Familiarity with tenant communication processes, written and verbal English communication
Nice to Have
Experience managing portfolios of 100+ units, Multi-state property management experience, Familiarity with security deposits, Familiarity with trust accounting, Familiarity with owner statements, Familiarity with property accounting workflows, Experience in residential property management, Experience in commercial real estate, Experience in mixed-use portfolios

Track all communication
Draft lease agreements
Review lease agreements
Process lease agreements
Maintain tenant files
Support property marketing
Maintain accurate records
Track rent collections
Track occupancy status
Generate delinquency reports
Reconcile delinquency reports
Generate occupancy trackers
Reconcile occupancy trackers
Create vendor work orders
Assign vendor work orders
Track maintenance tickets
Coordinate maintenance resolution
Verify vendor invoices
Prepare owner statements
Prepare cash flow summaries
Prepare occupancy reports
Prepare vacancy updates
Provide updates on rent collection
Provide updates on maintenance issues
