What They're Looking For.

Must Have

2+ years of experience in property management, 2+ years of experience in leasing coordination, 2+ years of experience in real estate operations, 2+ years of experience in property administration, Hands-on experience with Yardi, Hands-on experience with AppFolio, Hands-on experience with Buildium, Hands-on experience with similar property management platforms, Microsoft Office skills, Google Workspace skills, Familiarity with lease documentation, Familiarity with tenant communication workflows, Familiarity with rent collection tracking, Written English communication, Verbal English communication, Ability to stay organized in high-volume operational environments

Nice to Have

Experience managing portfolios of 100+ units, Multi-state property management exposure, Familiarity with owner statements, Familiarity with trust accounting, Familiarity with security deposit workflows, Experience in residential property management, Experience in commercial real estate, Experience in mixed-use portfolios

What You'll Do.

Respond to tenant inquiries

Track and log all communication

Send reminders for rent due dates

Process lease agreements

Maintain organized and compliant tenant files

Support property marketing

Maintain accurate records across platforms

Track rent collections

Generate operational reports

Create and assign vendor work orders

Track maintenance tickets

Follow up with tenants and vendors

Verify vendor invoices

Prepare owner statements

Provide updates on rent collection

Ensure reporting is accurate and delivered

Ensure all documentation complies with regulations

Maintain audit-ready records

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Act as the operational hub between tenants, property owners, vendors, and internal property management teams; Coordinate with vendors and track maintenance tickets; Coordinate property workflows and tenant communication

Communication Scope

Tenant communication; Written and verbal English communication; Communication with tenants, vendors, and property owners
