**_Job Family_ :** Capital Projects & Infrastructure Consulting ** _Travel Required_ :** Up to 10% **_Clearance Required_ :** Active Top Secret (TS) **_What You Will Do_ :** The Real Estate Manager - Lease Administration will support the FBI related projects to include but not limited to lease and real estate management, portfolio analytics, space management, and facilities management of a large and complex facility portfolio. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: * Input, maintain, organize, and report on information regarding lease dates, dollar values, and financial accounting transactions into a lease management software database. * Prepare, process, and reconcile accounts receivable and accounts payable transactions to ensure accurate and current lease information is maintained. * Assist manager in resolving critical issues for clients by researching and gathering information about payment transactions, lease terms and other relevant items as requested. * Prepare lease abstracts and edit them for accuracy. * Edit narratives to support computer generated reports.
