Professional **Position Details:** **The Opportunity:** As the Real Estate Manager, you oversee contracting and administrative operations for WSU Real Estate Services, providing leadership in real property contracting to support University colleges and departments. You manage University‑owned commercial properties, including the golf course and office buildings; and ensure accurate invoicing, strong records management, and full compliance with University policies. You also support the Director in real estate transactions such as acquisition, disposal, leasing, and due diligence, contributing to the effective stewardship of the University’s real estate portfolio. **Additional Information:** This is a **full-time** (**100%** FTE), **permanent** position. Overtime eligibility will be determined based on final salary placement. **Monthly Salary:** $4,942.10 - $7,567 | _Commensurate with experience and qualifications._ In accordance with [RCW 49.58.110](https://app.leg.wa.gov/RCW/default.aspx?cite=49.58.110), the above salary reflects the full salary range for this position.
