Must Have
experience in a coordinating role or similar field, fluent in Dutch and English, work well with a team, managing many projects and tasks at once, delivering them efficiently and correctly, prioritize tasks to meet deadlines, use Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), positive, proactive attitude and know how to get tasks done effectively, able to handle sensitive matters with care and confidentiality

supporting part of the team in their day to day management of our portfolio in the Benelux
managing rent payments
preparing service charge settlements
administratively managing our OPEX budgets and invoices within the system
drafting tenant communications
assigning service tickets to our Maintenance Contractors
organize and coordinate activities related to client move-ins and move-outs efficiently
support on customer requests
Assisting Facility Manager with customer repair requests in PrologisFM
Working with the Account team on payment collections
processing vendor/customer payments
and preparing annual service charge reconciliation
Support Property Manager with OPEX management
Prepare customer letters / communications
Manage customer contact data
