What They're Looking For.
Must Have
University degree (Bachelor or Master) in Engineering or Economics with a focus on Real Estate or a related field, or a comparable education or further training, Interest in real estate topics, Proficient handling of numbers and data, Basic economic understanding, Digital affinity, Good MS Office skills, Clear, open communication, Structured, organized, and solution-oriented way of working, with an eye for the essential
Nice to Have
Fluent German and French language skills
What You'll Do.
Actively support valuation and consulting mandates for institutional and private real estate investors and public authorities
Work independently or together with an experienced
interdisciplinary team
Develop well-founded decision-making bases for clients
Conduct real estate valuations using the discounted cash flow method and other procedures
Perform economic analyses of properties and construction projects
Develop usage concepts and feasibility calculations
Conduct sustainability assessments of properties
Perform property analyses and strategic consulting
