Must Have
Experience in real estate transaction coordination, Experience in closing coordination, Experience in administrative support, Experience in real estate operations, Familiarity with offer drafting, Familiarity with inspections, Familiarity with transaction workflows, Familiarity with closing coordination processes, Experience using CRM systems, Experience using DocuSign Rooms, Experience using Slack, Experience using Google Workspace, Organizational and documentation skills, Comfortable managing multiple active transactions simultaneously, Written and verbal English communication skills, Ability to work 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM PST, Availability after business hours when deal volume requires additional support, Reliable remote work setup and stable internet connection
Nice to Have
Experience supporting U.S.-based real estate teams, Startup or fast-growth environment experience, Familiarity with residential real estate transaction workflows, Exposure to high-volume transaction coordination environments

Assist with offer drafting
Assist with purchase agreements
Assist with addendums
Assist with transaction documentation
Coordinate inspections and follow-ups
Ensure transaction timelines and documentation organized
Respond quickly to agent requests
Respond to operational needs
Help agents maximize transaction efficiency
Help agents maximize closing volume
Maintain responsiveness throughout PST hours
Support operational workflows during high transaction periods
Communicate professionally and efficiently
Coordinate with internal teams
Coordinate with clients
Coordinate with transaction stakeholders
Ensure parties aligned throughout transaction lifecycle
Maintain accurate records across CRM systems
Maintain accurate records across DocuSign Rooms
Maintain accurate records across internal communication platforms
Keep transaction files organized
Support clean operational documentation
Support workflow tracking
Draft offers and addendums
Coordinate inspections and transaction updates
Update CRM records and transaction documentation
Communicate with internal teams
Communicate with transaction stakeholders
Track transaction timelines and closing progress
