We acquire and manage real estate assets in the United States and Europe that host critical infrastructure, including wind and solar projects, battery storage, communications towers, wireless sites, and enterprise data centers. Backed in partnership with a global investment house, Unison is growing rapidly in existing verticals and expanding into new markets. ## The Role English Attorney (m/f/d) – Germany (Frankfurt) Location: Frankfurt am Main, Germany Company: Unison Infrastructure (Infradeutschland) Work Model: Full in-office preferred Position OverviewUnison Infrastructure is seeking a qualified Attorney (m/f/d) to support its European legal function, based in Frankfurt. This role works closely with the Regional General Counsel – Europe and plays a key role in managing real estate transactions, with a primary focus on Germany and additional involvement across European jurisdictions as part of ongoing expansion. The ideal candidate has strong experience in real estate law, transaction management, and due diligence, and is comfortable handling multiple projects in a fast-paced, international environment. Key Responsibilities Legal & Transaction Management• Support the Regional General Counsel – Europe on legal and transaction matters• Manage the full transaction lifecycle from structuring to closing• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, term sheets, LOIs, and notarial deeds• Conduct legal and property due diligence (leases, title)• Prepare and review closing documentation, including closing statements and finance-related materials• Oversee the closing process to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely execution Coordination & Stakeholder Management• Liaise with brokers, site owners, and internal stakeholders• Coordinate with external advisors (attorneys, notaries, banks, fund managers)• Collaborate with Unison’s US Legal Department,
